1. Project Management: Overseeing store construction projects, managing project cost budgets and ensuring cost targets are met; developing project schedules, employing project management tools for real-time progress monitoring, and promptly resolving delays; 2. Quality Management: Establishing quality control systems, supervising construction quality to ensure compliance with design standards, exercising comprehensive oversight over project progress, quality, cost and safety, and conducting guidance, supervision and assessment; 3. Supplier Management: Oversee supplier operations including vetting new suppliers, organising routine training, conducting periodic assessments, and removing non-compliant suppliers. 4. Construction Process Management: Convene multi-party reviews involving design, construction, and suppliers; lead acceptance and documentation of critical materials and works; monitor main contractors and subcontractors' performance in real time, promptly rectifying issues; swiftly identify construction problems and propose corrective measures to ensure project stability. 5. Compliance Management: Lead construction and fire safety approval processes, securing essential permits including commencement authorisations; 6. Settlement Management: Rigorous review of as-built drawings and settlement documentation; drive audit settlement procedures, monitor critical process milestones, and facilitate closed-loop settlement completion.
NVIDIA is seeking an Engineering Manager to lead our machine learning engineers within the Isaac Loco-Manipulation team. You will manage a group of world-class robotics researchers and engineers focused on advancing humanoid loco-manipulation and mobile manipulation, shaping the future of intelligent robotics. What you’ll be doing: • Lead, mentor, and grow a high-performing team of applied research engineers focused on humanoid loco-manipulation and mobile manipulation. • Drive the definition, planning, and execution of projects involving foundation models (GR00T, Cosmos), Isaac Lab, and Newton workflows. • Guide the team in advancing robot learning technologies and synthetic data generation from human video datasets. • Hands-on design, implementation, and deployment of novel algorithms for humanoid robot locomotion and manipulation in simulation and real-world environments. • Ensure seamless integration of applied research outputs with NVIDIA’s advanced robotics platforms. • Foster a culture of innovation and collaboration, supporting deliverables such as prototypes, open source software contributions, patents, and publications in top conferences and journals. • Collaborate cross-functionally with product, hardware, and software teams to translate research into impactful products. • Support career development, performance management, and recruitment of top talent.
As the Hardware Engineering Manager, your day-to-day responsibilities involve leading your team through the electrical architecture, design, bring-up, debug, and validation of iPad products. You will be responsible for project resource planning, execution, and the mentorship and career development of your team members. Routine responsibilities also include overseeing factory build support and driving high-level multi-disciplinary collaboration and negotiation. We are looking for a well-rounded technical leader with a strong track record of managing high-performing teams, a broad set of technical skills, and the strategic vision to guide the team in tackling challenging problems. 流程与系统优化： 主导DRAM颗粒电性能测试操作相关流程与系统的持续改进，识别并消除执行瓶颈，提升测试操作效率； 测试文件制定： 与测试工程师协同，制定产品测试流程与标准作业程序，确保生产部准确执行，并定期审核与迭代文件内容； 过程改进推动： 评估生产过程控制、劳动力配置、产品周期及质量指标，识别并推动生产力、周期与质量相关的改进项目； 质量管理体系支持： 对照质量管理体系要求，识别持续改进的风险与机会，配合完成对应审核工作； 工艺风险管控： 建立并维护工艺FMEA，持续降低高优先风险项目，推动非产品/程序相关良率的提升。 岗位要求：
