工作描述
任职要求 1、本科及以上学历，计算机相关专业，3 年以上至少一门主流编程语言（Java / Go / Python）的开发经验，具备扎实的编程功底和工程素养。 2、具备复杂系统的架构设计能力，有高并发、高可用线上系统的设计、开发与调优经验，能在可靠性、性能、成本之间做出合理权衡。 3、对线上质量有敬畏心，习惯建立监控、告警、回归机制，而不是「上线即结束」。 4、了解大模型应用开发的基本原理（Prompt 工程、上下文管理、Function Call/Tool Use、流式输出等），对 LLM/Agent 领域有强烈的好奇心，能在陌生领域快速建立认知并产出结果。 5、能跨团队推动复杂项目落地，把模糊的产品诉求转化为清晰的技术方案；具备优秀的沟通协作能力和主人翁精神。 具备以下条件优先 1、有大模型应用或 Agent 系统的实际落地经验，熟悉主流开发框架（如 Spri…
