Qualifications
1. 大学本科及以上学历，安全管理、消防工程、行政管理等相关专业优先。
2. 具备10年以上安全管理工作经验（偏消防、安防、应急方向），拥有团队管理经验，有跨区域或全球安全管理统筹经验者优先。
3. 具备扎实的安全全专业知识：熟悉消防法规与图审标准、技防系统设计与建设、应急管理相关法律法规和标准。
4. 具备较强的体系化和中台化思维，能够从0到1搭建标准、流程、数据分析和系统工具。
5. 具备强的承压能力、沟通协调能力和危机处置能力，能够在复杂多变的国内外环境下快速判断和决策。
6. 具备良好的英语沟通能力（口语与书面），适应一定频率的境内外出差。
7. 具备良好的呈现报告与表达能力，和数据化分析能力。

1. Bachelor's degree or higher, preferably in Safety Management, Fire Engineering, Administrative Management, or related fields.
2. 10+ years of safety management experience (fire safety, security, or emergency response oriented), with proven team leadership; cross-regional or global safety management experience preferred.
3. Solid expertise across all safety disciplines: familiarity with fire safety regulations and drawing review standards, technical protection system design and construction, and emergency management laws, regulations, and standards.
4. Strong systematic and mid-office (CoE) thinking, capable of building standards, processes, data analytics, and system tools from the ground up.
5. Strong resilience, communication, and crisis-handling skills, able to make rapid judgments and decisions in complex and dynamic domestic and international environments.
