任职要求 1、1年以上前端或客户端开发经验，优秀者可适当放宽； 2、熟悉 JS 、Kt、Node.js、Rust，具备良好的工程化能力和代码组织能力； 3、熟悉 Electron 开发，理解 Main / Renderer 进程模型、IPC 通信、Preload、安全隔离、原生模块调用、应用打包等机制； 4、具备一定 Rust 开发经验，了解 Rust 的所有权、生命周期、错误处理、异步编程等基础概念，能够参与 Rust 本地模块开发与维护； 5、对游戏前端开发有基本理解，熟悉状态管理、资源预加载、动画表现、交互逻辑、性能优化等常见开发场景； 6、具备较强的问题拆解能力、自学能力和工程落地能力，能够在需求快速变化的环境中主动推进开发工作； 7、对计算机网络有一定了解，理解 HTTP、WebSocket、TCP/IP 等常见协议，能够独立排查网络相关问题。 加分项…
