工作职责
简介: 1、我们是谁: 我们搭建了业界领先的广告系统(TapTap 是国内 Top 1 的手游下载和分发平台),正在探索全新的 Agentic 广告平台; 2、你可参与:真实的广告算法、用增算法的实践;探索 Agent 的产品定义和技术研究; 3、你将获得:每日400-1000不等的实习薪酬,上班时间灵活机动,各类增长期项目深度参与机会(信息高度公开透明),行业顶尖伙伴并肩作战。 1. 协助广告系统策略优化,包括但不限定于个性化推荐算法策略的调研和优化,广告竞价机制设计和优化,广告产品的反作弊和竞价算法优化。 2. 跟进前沿大模型、Agent 相关的技术,独立完成技术调研和验证,协助推动落地。
