任职要求
1、计算机、数学等相关专业优先，3年以上软件开发工作经验； 2、熟悉 Linux 平台开发，3年以上Linux平台开发工作经验； 3、熟练掌握 C/C++语言，具备面向对象编程思想，熟悉常用数据结构和算法，熟练使用 C++ 标准库； 4、对机器学习框架 TensorFlow/PyTorch 有深入了解者优先； 有召回/数据库等索引结构的设计开发经验的优先；有NVIDIA GPU和CUDA编程的经验优先; 5、能够熟练使用GPU性能分析和调试工具，且具有实际的性能优化经验者优先； 6、具备良好的团队合作精神和沟通能力，具备快速学习和解决问题的能力。
工作职责
1、 参与公司模型训练框架和工具的开发、优化等，提高模型训练的吞吐； 2、参与分布式存储服务的开发、优化工作； 3、完成技术中台的技术选型、技术难点攻关等工作。
