工作职责
1、Discord活动规划与落地，营造良好的社区氛围，增强玩家对游戏的粘性，提升服务器规模与活跃度； 2、Discord mod团队招募与维护，提升社群服务质量； 3、海外舆情监控，深入玩家社区，深度了解玩家需求； 4、参与UGC内容创作者团队管理与产出质量把控，具备数据化能力，持续迭代内容； 5、协助管理海外社媒账号运营，分析社媒数据。
Lilith Games is looking for an enthusiastic player-focused community intern to help develop and grow the community. The ideal candidate should be able to interpret how communications, content, social media, memes, moderation, and influencer relationships converge with each other. 莉莉丝游戏正在寻找一位充满热情、以玩家为中心的社区实习生，协助发展并壮大我们的玩家社区。我们期望你能够理解沟通、内容、社交媒体、表情包、社区管理以及网红关系如何相互结合与影响。 Responsibilities 1.Create engaging and sharable social media content that drives engagement. 2.Independently manage short video platforms such as TikTok and YouTube Shorts, with a strong understanding of current trends. 3.Manage content strategy and related player-facing communications, including responding to active engagement on community channels 4.Ensure player feedback loops with players and developers, providing accurate reporting on community sentiment, concerns, and suggestions 5.Manage and communicate key contents and timeline to cross-functional and regional teams 6.Communicate and interact with content creators to drive UGC output. 工作职责 1.创作具有吸引力和可分享性的社交媒体内容，以驱动用户互动。 2.独立管理短视频平台，例如TikToki和YouTube Shorts，并对当前流行趋势有深刻理解。 3.管理内容策略及相关的面向玩家的沟通，包括在社区渠道上回应活跃的互动。 4.确保玩家与开发者之间的反馈循环，提供关于社区情绪、担忧和建议的准确报告。 5.向跨职能和区域团队管理并传达关键内容及时间线。 6.与内容创作者沟通互动，以推动UGC产出。
1. 参与永劫无间产在海外多国家和区域的发行执行跟进。 2. 参与永劫无间在海外市场的社区运营，包括内容规划、素材创意等。 3. 深度体验游戏并为后续产品内容开发、IP联动、品牌宣传等提供脑洞建议。
1、基于负责产品玩家需求，参与游戏社区运营（包括但不限于Discord，Reddit等热门社区社媒），负责社区内容的撰写、发布、维护，关注用户增长，提高影响力和关注度；多维度动态研究海外用户常用社区，并定期产出汇报。 2、定制海外社区活动方案，并完成落地执行。 3、根据现有系统对社区核心玩家/私域主/海外网红进行任务发布与管理，日常沟通与答疑。对效果进行分析结论。 4、产品合作项目中的其他事项跟进。
