工作职责
1. 参与业务后端系统的设计与开发，负责部分模块从需求到上线落地； 2. 设计和实现高并发、高可用接口（REST/gRPC），参与性能优化与故障排查； 3. 基于 MySQL/PostgreSQL、Redis、对象存储（S3/OSS）、ES/OpenSearch 等完成数据存储与检索方案； 4. 参与建设监控、日志、链路追踪与压测体系（Prometheus/Grafana、OpenTelemetry 等），保障系统稳定性； 5. 日常使用 Cursor / Copilot / ChatGPT 等 AI 工具进行重构、单测生成、文档与代码审查，持续提升开发效率与代码质量。
