任职要求
本科及以上学历，3-5 年以上数据研发经验； 有丰富的离线数据仓库研发经验，熟悉数据仓库、数据体系和数据价值的建设及优化； 有比较好的业务理解和沟通能力，可以独立与业务方对接，并将业务需求转化为数据需求进行交付； 熟悉大数据架构，具备实时或离线数据研发能力，熟悉 Hive，Kafka，Spark，Storm，Hbase，Flink 等相关技术并有相关开发经验； 有过内容、社区业务经验，“埋点-流量"、“指标体系”建设方向落地经验，熟悉阿里云 Dataworks/MaxCompute 优先； 具备快速学习、跨团队协作、落地执行能力，有较强的逻辑思维能力和解决问题能力。
工作职责
负责 TapTap 基础数据建设（涵盖开发者运营、商店等业务方向），提供通用、稳定、丰富、高效的公共数据能力，提升数据支持业务的效率，探索数据的增量价值； 面向开发者运营、商店等业务方向，建设专题数据，提供丰富易用的数据服务，直接支持业务决策分析，赋能业务； 在整体数据建设和服务的过程中，落地埋点规范、质量保障规范，提升埋点质量和易用性，保障数据服务的数据质量和数据产出的稳定性。
