工作职责
1、协助执行用户运营策略，参与拉新、促活等日常运营工作； 2、整理用户数据，协助输出运营报告及用户反馈汇总； 3、深入玩家社群，收集用户需求与建议，协助舆情监控及风险预警； 4、协助处理用户诉求、建议及BUG反馈，跟进问题闭环； 5、参与社群（论坛、社区、QQ群等）日常管理与维护。
1. 负责外籍用户招募，通过多渠道挖掘潜在用户，建立并维护用户资源池，确保用户招募数量与质量达标； 2. 主导线下测试与沙龙活动的全流程落地，包括活动策划、场地协调、物料准备、现场执行及活动后复盘总结，保障活动顺利开展； 3. 与外籍用户保持高效沟通，收集用户反馈与需求，整理成报告并同步给相关团队，助力产品优化与运营策略调整。 1. Responsible for the recruitment of foreign users, identify potential users through multiple channels, establish and maintain a user resource pool, and ensure that the quantity and quality of recruited users meet the standards； 2. Lead the full-process implementation of offline testing and salon activities, including activity planning, venue coordination, material preparation, on-site execution, and post-activity review and summary, to ensure the smooth development of activitie； 3. Maintain effective communication with foreign users, collect user feedback and needs, organize them into reports and share with relevant teams, so as to contribute to product optimization and the adjustment of operation strategies.
