任职要求
1、有游戏测试经验，熟悉游戏版本测试、线上发布或热更相关流程。
2、对战斗系统和数值测试有一定理解，能够关注技能效果、伤害表现、配置正确性和战斗平衡性问题。
3、具备较强的问题分析和推动能力，能在版本节点下识别风险并推进解决。
4、熟悉常见缺陷管理、版本管理及协作工具。
5、责任心强，沟通顺畅，能与研发、策划、运维、运营等多角色高效协作。
加分项：
·有 FPS、SOC 类项目战斗测试经验。
