工作职责
1、负责 HyperOS 系统 UI 框架、桌面框架基础体验优化，包括流畅度、内存、启动速度、功耗等核心指标提升 2、深入分析系统级性能瓶颈，使用Perfetto、Android Profiler等工具定位卡顿、掉帧、ANR等问题 3、优化SystemUI/桌面的渲染机制、线程模型及资源调度策略，提升复杂场景下的用户体验 4、协同底层团队（WindowManager/SurfaceFlinger等模块）进行端到端性能调优 5、持续优化代码架构，参与Code Review与技术文档沉淀
