Your role and responsibilities As a senior SAP Consultant, you will serve as a client-facing practitioner working collaboratively with clients to deliver high-quality solutions and be a trusted business advisor with deep understanding of SAP Accelerate delivery methodology or equivalent and associated work products. You will work on projects that assist clients in integrating strategy, process, technology, and information to enhance effectiveness, reduce costs, and improve profit and shareholder value. 我们正在寻找一名经验丰富的ERP系统产品经理，负责设计特斯拉全球自研ERP系统物料主数据、库存管理、库存成本管理和厂内物流模块。该职位需要与内部用户合作，分析业务需求，设计相关模块功能，以改善库存管理效率和成本控制。 岗位职责： 产品规划与设计：负责物料主数据、库存管理、库存成本管理和厂内物流软件产品的整体规划与设计，制定产品路线图，确保产品功能满足内部客户需求和业务目标。 需求分析与管理：深入调研当前库存管理和成本控制业务场景，收集并分析用户需求，撰写产品需求文档，协调各方资源推动需求落地。 项目推进与协调：与研发、设计、测试等团队紧密合作，制定项目计划，跟踪项目进度，及时解决项目中出现的问题，确保产品按时高质量交付。 产品优化与迭代：关注产品上线后的用户反馈和相关数据，持续优化产品功能和性能，提升用户体验，推动产品的迭代升级。 跨部门、团队协作与沟通：与业务、开发、算法、运维等团队协作，确保团队对产品有清晰的理解，为产品的按时上线推广保驾护航。

1、规划与交付：制定中长期的生产计划（产能规划/关键资源/供应链资源），平衡产能利用率与交付时效；联动采购、物控、制造、屏采、物流等部门，确保原材料齐套率与计划排期匹配，达成业务的交付目标； 2、库存管理：设定安全库存水位，优化原材料、半成品及成品库存周转；处理呆滞库存，制定清理策略； 3、产销协同：对齐经营目标，推动S&OP（销售与运营计划）流程，协调销售、采购、生产、物流等多部门目标协同； 4、数字化与流程优化：主导计划系统（如SCM/SAP/WMS等）的落地与优化，提升产销协同及计划效率；设计标准化计划流程，减少人工干预，提升效率。
