任职要求
1、研究生及以上学历在读，计算机/通信/数学/统计等相关专业优先 2、具有较强的算法/数据结构/软件设计等方面的计算机基础和分析解决问题能力 3、在Java/C/C++或者其它编程语言方面，有较强的编程/问题排查/代码优化能力 4、有团队协同工作意识，具有扎实的口头和书面沟通能力 加分项 1、具备音视频处理项目经验（如FFmpeg/GStreamer/WebRTC/AirPlay等） 2、熟悉视频编码标准（包括AVS/H.264/H.265/VVC/AV1）和对应标准参考软件 3、熟悉QUIC/SRT开源项目，或设计过拥塞控制算法，具备抗弱网传输研发能力
工作职责
1、研究Android/MacOS/Windows/Linux嵌入式平台等音视频能力 2、研究近场网络(WiFi/P2P/蓝牙等)抗弱网传输能力，解决高可靠流媒体传输问题 3、研究SRGB/DCI-P3/HDR/PCM/AAC/OPUS/FLAC/杜比等画质音质体验提升
