工作职责
1.Data Analysis: Track daily sales and operational data for all stores, ensuring the normal operation and performance achievement of all stores. 2.Inventory Management: Supervise the inventory management of all stores, coordinate with stores to optimize product structure, and ensure the supply of goods and inventory safety. 3.Profit and Loss Management: Monitor the profit and loss management of each store to ensure the profitability of the stores. 4.System Maintenance: Collaborate with the headquarters to implement various operational support systems, receive feedback from stores on system usage, and work with the headquarters to make improvements. 5.Activity organization: Based on the annual marketing and product promotion pace, plan and output marketing activities and communication plans, and be responsible for achieving business indicators such as marketing, sales, and rates, including but not limited to the development of offline themed stores, and the creation of store opening activities and offline store new product activities. 6.Staff management:Develop daily management standards and processes for store staff,in charge of handling store staff onboarding, transfers, and terminations .

"1 建店支撑与门店开业支持: 负责报店材料准备,建店进度追踪与推进。新店开业前的各项准备工作,确保门店顺利开业,并输出新店开业首日快报及首周报告。规划并执行存量门店形象的日常维护、保养。 2 系统维护: 配合总部落地各类运营支持系统,接受门店关于系统使用的反馈并配合总部改善。 3 数据分析: 追踪所有门店日常销售与运营数据,确保所有门店的正常运营和业绩达成。 4 库存管理: 监督所有门店的库存管理,配合门店优化产品结构,确保商品的供应和库存安全。 5 损益管理: 监控各门店的损益管理工作,确保门店的盈利能力 6 活动策划:根据全年营销及产品节奏,策划并输出营销活动与传播方案,并对营销/销售/费率等业务指标达成负责,包括但不限于线下主题门店打造、门店开业活动、线下门店新品活动等。"
1、根据门店等级,进行门店分层分级管理(如团购、地推引流、异业合作等),并向总部提供必要的升降级建议; 2、负责跟进门店核心运营指标(客流、连带率、转化率、客单价、盈亏平衡点等)及增值业务工作(NPS、CPS、代客售后、门店GO等),为门店提供相关指导; 3、负责门店别成本管控、利润提升指导工作,指导门店通过防损、合理降低成本等方式提升利润率; 4、根据门店运营手册,制定下发该省门店日常运营要求,并督促小区经理进行及时检核; 5、负责传达总部管理要求,监管各小区、网格外勤365的打卡,巡店等工作及各项标准工作的执行落地; 6、负责授权店日常门店运营问题的反馈解决及突发紧急情况处理。
