1. 负责菲律宾地区本地雇员及中国外派员工的人力运营工作 (包含但不限于入离调转、合同管理、档案管理、非现金福利,本地供应商对接等)。 2. 搭建并制定人力运营方案、工作流程、服务标准,确保合法合规、流程高效、良好员工体验。 3. 集团人力政策流程海外本地落地。 4. 发起并主导海外人力项目,持续改善人力运营工作。 5. HR系统数据维护,信息化支持。 1. Priority will be given to candidates with relevant work or internship experience in HR Ops. 2. Chinese & English & Filipino can be used as working languages.
