任职要求
1，本科及以上学历，计算机、通信、车辆工程等相关专业，6年以上测试开发经验，有整车网络工具开发经验优先； 2，扎实掌握数据结构与算法，熟悉车载总线协议、CANoe 等工具者优先； 3，精通 Java 及 Springboot、Mybatis 框架，能独立开发工具； 4，熟练使用 git、maven，掌握 mysql、redis 等中间件的应用； 5，编码规范，文档能力强，能高效输出各类技术文档； 6，学习与问题解决能力突出，具备团队协作精神，执行力强； 7，热爱技术，能深入钻研整车网络测试中的复杂问题； 8，有 AI 大模型搭建经验，或智能测试领域 AI 应用经验者优先。
工作职责
1，对接整车网络项目需求，聚焦 CAN/LIN/Ethernet 等网络测试场景，明确工具开发目标； 2，参与网络通信、故障注入等测试，挖掘痛点并设计自动化提效方案； 3，开发网络测试用例管理、自动化执行、数据可视化等质量工具，输出相关文档； 4，维护测试工具稳定运行，快速修复 bug； 5，参与总线负载、混沌测试等，完成组内其他网络测试开发任务； 6，搭建 AI 智能体，实现测试用例生成、异常识别等智能化应用。
