任职要求
1、本科及以上学历，计算机、数学、统计学、模式识别、图像处理等相关方向； 2、熟悉Testrail、Jira等测试管理工具，熟悉Linux常用指令，熟悉C/C++、Java、Python任一编程语言 3、对当前AIGC大模型算法评估有成体系的方法论，主客观评价方法都较为精通，对主流AIGC大模型算法的评价指标较为了解 4、有AI图像、自然语言（NLU,NLG）、多模态等一种或多种算法的评估测试经验，有大模型方面测试经验优先； 5、关注CVPR，NeurIPS， AAAI等AI相关顶会的最新动态，对其中优秀论文能动手复现 6、工作积极主动，具备良好的团队沟通和协作能力、自我驱动和创新能力
工作职责
1、负责AI算法效果的测试 2、根据算法原理和用户场景，设计并构建数据集，进行全面，准确、高效的算法效果评估 3、根据测试需求或测试用例模拟测试场景、执行测试，协助进行bug跟踪和回归测试，保证产品质量 4、根据用户体验需求，制定AI算法的评估指标体系和质量标准 5、开发AI算法效果评测工具，提升算法测试效率
