工作职责
1. 任务跟进与执行支持 • 协助零售经理追踪重点项目(如新品上市、促销活动、展陈落地)的执行进度; • 整理各渠道及门店的销售数据、照片反馈及活动记录,确保信息及时准确。 2. 数据收集与分析 • 协助收集和整理销售、库存、促销等基础数据,完成日报/周报/月报; • 使用Excel或Power BI进行基础统计分析,为零售策略提供支持。 3. 团队协作与沟通协调 • 与销售、市场、Field Force等团队保持沟通,协助跨部门任务落地; • 支持团队会议准备、资料汇总及项目档案归档。 4. 门店支持与市场观察 • 参与门店巡检、展陈照片核查等基础零售管理工作; • 收集一线反馈,了解市场动态与竞品表现。
Deal with vendors and retail team escalations for responsible destination countries. Provide logistics solutions to key vendors. Identify process improvement opportunities and drive actions through collaboration with Amazon internal teams.
· Communication with external customers (Carriers, Vendors/Suppliers) and internal customers (Retail, Finance, Software Support, Fulfillment Centers) · Ability to pull data from numerous databases (using Excel, Access, SQL and/or other data management systems) and to perform ad hoc reporting and analysis as needed is a plus. · Develop and/or understand performance metrics to assist with driving business results. · Ability to scope out business and functional requirements for the Amazon technology teams who create and enhance the software systems and tools are used by NOC. · Must be able to quickly understand the business impact of the trends and make decisions that make sense based on available data. · Must be able to systematically escalate problems or variance in the information and data to the relevant owners and teams and follow through on the resolutions to ensure they are delivered. · Work within various time constraints to meet critical business needs, while measuring and identifying activities performed. · Excellent communication, both verbal and written as one may be required to create a narrative outlining weekly findings and the variances to goals, and present these finding in a review forum. Languages proficiency (mandatory) – Japanese. Providing real-time customer experience by working in 24*7 operating environment (INCLUDING NIGHT SHIFT)
