工作职责
1. 参与小米应用商店、浏览器等核心互联网产品的搜索效果优化，包括搜索算法和策略的调研、设计、开发、评估等环节，提升用户体验； 2. 负责设计、实现、优化搜索系统中query理解、召回、排序等算法，提高搜索的准确性、相关性和个性化水平； 3. 负责分析和处理大规模数据集，基于用户行为模式挖掘兴趣画像信息；
