1. 备件流程管理：熟悉机台备件的收发特点和流程；疏导备件清洗、维修、报废等业务处理流程。2. 先入先出执行：监督team人员严格执行先入先出规则。3. 人力分配与操作规范：根据当天工作量和人力实际情况进行人力分配；按照部门规定要求人员按照操作规范执行。4. 盘点与库存管控：协助主管安排盘点，并对盘点结果进行预评估，保证库存正确性。5. 6S与培训：根据规定做好区域内的6S执行监督工作；组织人员参加必要技术培训，并整理资料给team人员培训。

1. 零部件供应商生命周期管理： 负责零部件供应商开发，主动开展供应市场调研与信息收集，优化供应商资源，完成供应商调查、研究、分析及评估，建立并管理供应商信息档案及日常关系维护，统筹供应商绩效考核；2. 零部件采购业务生命周期管理： 定期收集、维护、梳理需求计划，依据零部件品类特征制定采购策略，组织采购活动，制作和审核采购合同或订单，执行合同谈判及变更处理、付款、结算，执行并完善采购过程的成本控制方案。

支持业务高效方便地对数据进行加工，不断助力全球化拓展； 完善批/流引擎处理能力，提高稳定性，不断优化性能及成本； 适配不同的数据源, 提供各种connector链接能力。

1.
