1. Calculate program discounts and incentives for channel partners using validated sales data. 2. Process accurate, timely partner payments with minimal supervision; reconcile and clear variances. 3. Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures through close collaboration with internal teams. 4. Serve as the primary contact for partner payment status; investigate and resolve discrepancies promptly. 5. Streamline channel-finance workflows and models; provide actionable financial advice that improves process efficiency and control. 6. Perform ad-hoc duties as assigned to support the organization’s overall financial objectives. 7. Able to liaise with both internal and external parties and work confidently with stakeholders at all levels.
AR & Contract Management Responsibilities: AR Management – Weekly reconciliation, payment follow-up, support cash application & clearing, invoice tracking, overdue risk alert & resolution, ensure on-time delivery. Contract Management – Handle contract onboarding, termination, changes; support document collection & approval; identify risks/terms and coordinate mitigation. Mailbox Management – Maintain shared mailbox, build & manage logs, ensure timely, accurate, traceable communication. General Support – Support performance tracking, act as MMC secretary, drive process standardization for future channel/finance operations.
• Southeast Asia Credit Business Regional BU Finance: As a financial partner, provide comprehensive financial support to the regional business team, including annual budget support, product solutions and pricing discussions, risk resolution, financial accounting implementation, principal audit, etc. Go deep into the credit business line (such as product design, channel expansion), participate in business meetings and provide feasibility analysis from a financial perspective (such as ROI calculation, cost-benefit model) • Business and financial data foundation construction and maintenance: responsible for mining, construction, tracking and maintaining relevant risk data that affects financial results, establishing a data reporting system, and monitoring loan asset quality • Internal and cross-team collaboration and reporting: fully cooperate with the headquarters BU finance team and various financial functional teams, actively participate in daily operations and project work, and participate in daily collaborative projects and operations. Establish a good cooperative relationship with business, risk control, data, product and other teams to improve the efficiency of data channels;
