项目支持与协调:协助项目经理进行低压电子系统相关项目的日常管理,包括低压电子控制器项目进度跟踪及资源协调,确保项目按时推进。 文档管理:负责项目相关文档的整理、归档和更新,包括会议纪要、项目报告和技术资料,确保信息准确且易于访问。 跨部门沟通:与工程、设计、采购及生产等部门保持有效沟通,协助解决项目执行中的问题,并及时反馈进展情况。 数据分析与报告:收集项目相关数据,进行初步分析,并制作简报或报告,供团队决策参考。 会议组织:协助组织项目会议,准备会议日程,确保会议顺利进行并跟进会议决议的执行。 其他支持:协助维护内部网页和信息管理平台,根据项目需求,完成上级安排的其他临时性任务,提供灵活支持。
About The Role This engineer within the vehicle firmware organization is responsible for defining and executing system validation test plans. You will work closely with software developers, program managers, and counterparts in the United States to come up with the validation strategies for both released and upcoming Tesla vehicle platforms. You will also work on automated validation bucks to free your hands from regression tests. The scope contains systems such as LV power, authentications, closures, windows, seats and lightings. Additionally, as the system validation representative you will work closely with other component owners as well to ensure our system is well integrated and validated from a full vehicle perspective. Responsibilities Design validation strategies for new vehicle platforms and new feature releases Conduct system level tests on for new firmware releases Debug and root-cause issues on various vehicle features and components Communicate issues discovered clearly and directly to developers and program managers Create and maintain hardware and software for automated validation bucks
The role: Tesla Electronics Test and Automation Group (ETAG) is the main point of contact to ensure the highest quality vehicle, silicon and robotics electronics for our customers. Our mission is to develop test automation equipment, architect software automation framework, and provide hardware/software/data infrastructure for Tesla electronics communities worldwide. We are seeking a multi-faceted Electrical Engineer who will be responsible for all aspects of identifying, analyzing, root causing; implementing countermeasures, and reporting on issues affecting all low voltage PCBAs including, but not limited to, body controllers and car computers. This candidate will work with test engineers within the group to quickly mitigate and implement countermeasures at suppliers and factories to improve quality, reliability, durability of the products. The ideal candidate will be a hands-on problem solver with excellent analytical and organizational skills, who thrives in an environment that encourages and rewards superior work. Primary Responsibilities: • Work with quality engineers, supplier engineers and suppliers to monitor products performance, identify trending issues. Prioritize based on Severity, occurrence, and/or cost of each failure modes • Detailed failure analysis, identifying root-cause of problems –Perform board-level debugging to isolate faults for physical FA • Apply knowledge of electrical engineering and PCBA manufacturing to drive containment and corrective action implementation into production / design / supplier / Firmware. • Participate in continuous improvement activities and take preventive actions. • Share Lessons Learned from previous field issues; Provide upfront feedback by participating in design reviews to ensure product performance, reliability, and manufacturability issues are identified and risks mitigated.
