任职要求
1. 在读本科、硕士或以上学历，金融、会计、财务管理、经济学、理工科等相关专业背景；
2. 具备扎实的数据处理能力，熟练掌握MS Excel的函数及高级功能，有Python/SQL等数据工具使用经验更优；
3. 逻辑思维清晰，具备良好的跨团队协作与沟通能力，能快速理解业务需求并形成结构化的分析输出；
4. 中英文书面及口头表达能力俱佳，有海外工作、学习经历或多语言沟通能力者优先。

1. Currently pursuing a Bachelor's or Master's degree (or above) in Finance, Accounting, Economics, Engineering, or a related discipline.
2. Strong analytical and data processing capabilities; advanced proficiency in MS Excel; hands-on experience with Python or SQL is advantageous.
3. Demonstrates clear logical reasoning and strong cross-functional communication skills; ability to rapidly translate complex business requirements into structured, actionable analytical outputs.
4. Excellent command of both written and spoken English and Chinese; candidates with international academic or professional experience, or multilingual proficiency, are preferred.
