任职要求 1、技术能力： - 精通SQL，能高效完成复杂查询与数据校验；熟悉Python（Pandas、NumPy）或R进行数据处理及统计分析。 - 了解常用分析模型（如漏斗分析、同期群分析、归因分析），具备A/B测试设计与评估经验者优先。 - 熟练使用任一BI工具（如Tableau、Superset、FineReport），具备数据可视化叙事能力。 2、游戏行业知识与业务理解 - 2年以上游戏行业数据分析经验，熟悉至少一种游戏类型（MMO、SLG、卡牌、休闲等）的核心业务逻辑。 - 深入理解游戏关键指标：如LTV、留存率（1/7/30日）、付费率、ARPU、ARPPU、流失前平均时长、DAU波动归因等，并能结合游戏内经济系统、活动设计…
