工作职责
1. 创意策划：与设计师和摄影指导协作，撰写分镜，规划拍摄场景、模特妆造、角色动作、镜头语言等。 2. 影像拍摄：根据影石Insta360的摄影风格，完成高质量图片拍摄，确保视觉作品兼具艺术性、实用性、以及故事性。 3. 素材后期处理：负责筛选和冲图，参与后期选图，并润色最终成片。 4. 小型项目独立执行：可独立承担小规模拍摄项目，从前期策划到拍摄再到后期处理，完整交付高质量视觉素材。 1. Creative Concept & Storyboarding: Collaborate with designers and AD to create shot lists, and visual treatments. Translate marketing objectives and product selling points into compelling still imagery. 2. Image Capture & Storytelling Produce high-quality photographs—studio or location— in line with Insta360 photography style. 3. Post‑Processing & Asset Review Process RAW images, select and retouch final assets. 4. Small-Scale Production Ownership Independently manage simple, smaller-scale productions, from storyboarding to shooting to post-processing.
Our global Tesla Design Studio is on the lookout for a talented Photographer. You'll be a part of a gifted multidisciplinary team based in Shanghai. As a Photographer, you'll capture the essence of our innovation and design, showcasing our core products through inspiring imagery. You'll play a critical role in defining and elevating Tesla's photographic style. From Design Studio, the customer experiences are conceived and crafted for both tactile and digital realms, encompassing our vehicle, energy, and charging programs. Responsibilities Collaborate with the creative team to develop and execute innovative visual concepts for various projects, including campaigns, editorials, social media, and other creative materials. Capture high-quality photographs using various techniques, lighting, and equipment, ensuring each image aligns with the creative vision and brand guidelines. Utilize highly advanced retouching skills to enhance and perfect photographs, ensuring consistency in style, color, and overall aesthetic. Efficiently manage multiple projects and meet tight deadlines, while maintaining a high level of attention to detail and quality. Stay current on industry trends, emerging technologies, and best practices in photography and retouching to continuously improve and refine your skills. Assist in the organization and maintenance of digital assets, including image cataloging, archiving, and backups. Work closely with a team of multidisciplinary creatives, to ensure a cohesive and successful final product. Report to the Design Manager for content creation, adhering to timelines and quality benchmarks.
