工作描述
任职要求 1. 计算机、自动化、数学等AI相关专业，硕士及以上学历。 2. 在AIGC/VLLM方向有相关经验，主要研究方向包括但不限于： a. 生成式模型：Diffusion、Flow Matching、GAN、VAE等； b. 可控生成/编辑：ControlNet、Reference-guided Generation、Guidance、LoRA/adapter 等； c. 世界模型/3D视觉/几何与多视角：全景/球面投影、视点合成、深度/光流/轨迹约束、面向视频或空间场景的表征学习、动力学建模、长期一致性生成/预测，或与 3D 表示（NeRF/3DGS 等）结合的生成方法等。 3. 熟练掌握 Python，具备良好工程能力（代码复现与调优）。 4. 熟练使用至少…
