工作职责
We're looking for an optimistic, results-oriented and thoughtful individual to join Insta360. This role will be focused on managing and producing video campaigns through conception, producing, shooting and editing and reporting Responsibilities: - Responsible for production of the videos types including brand and product promotional videos, commercials, creative short films, social media content, etc. - Serve as the primary liaison with internal cross-functional teams (e.g., Marketing, Product, Brand) to gather, clarify, and finalize video production requirements and creative briefs. - Coordinate the pre-production planning process with production team, including creative treatment, scripting, storyboarding, budgeting and scheduling. - Responsible for on-site video production execution, or cooperating with production suppliers for shooting execution. - Manage the assignment and supervision of post-production work, including video packaging and editing. Ensure all outputs are delivered on schedule, maintain a unified visual style, and adhere strictly to brand and creative guidelines. - Develop and maintain a network of trusted drone filming partners, pilots, and equipment specialists to leverage for complex or specialized aerial production needs. - Stay abreast of the latest trends in aerial cinematography, drone technology, and video marketing to continuously innovate and elevate the quality of our video output.
• Ability to set up imaging lab and run objective IQ metrics • Real world camera video quality verification • Ability to find IQ issues, do initial analysis and triaging • Participate in IQ evaluation for new features and algorithms, provide feedback to engineer teams • Analyze, reproduce, isolate video quality issues from both lab and real world testing environment
1.Core Short Video Editing Tasks: Creatively edit panoramic videos, with different approaches such as "shoot first, frame later”/“inception effect”/“mirror sky”. Independently complete post-production tasks including editing(Premiere/After Effects), color grading, and audio synthesis for product demos and promotional content. Participate in producing product promotional videos, transforming dynamic scenes (e.g., sports, travel) into visually impactful content . 2.Social Media Support Assist the marketing team in publishing content on overseas social platforms (Instagram/Youtube/TikTok). Monitor APAC social topic trends.
• Produce, edit, and publish creative videos, ensuring alignment with content strategy, account positioning, and quality standards • Create engaging, high-quality videos using templates, effects, and trending audio, while introducing fresh video templates monthly for the Indonesian market • Collaborate with team to maintain a cohesive brand voice, ensure high-quality content, and execute creative strategies effectively
