The Event Marketing Operations Intern will support the US Events Team across both backend operations and on-site execution. This role is primarily focused on internal processes, coordination with global HQ, and operational support including inventory management and event production. The ideal candidate is highly organized, detail-oriented, and comfortable working in a fast-paced, cross-functional environment. Key Responsibilities Event Operations & Backend Support Assist with internal event workflows, including approvals, documentation, and SOP development Support event production processes such as vendor coordination, asset tracking, and logistics planning Help manage product inventory, including tracking, allocation, and write-offs across events Maintain organized records of event materials, shipments, and inventory movement Global Coordination Communicate and coordinate with cross-functional teams at our China HQ Support HQ governance processes, including documentation, approvals, and reporting Project Management & Execution Track timelines, budgets, and deliverables across multiple events simultaneously Assist in pre-event planning and support occasional on-site execution Support post-event reporting, including inventory reconciliation and operational summaries
• Support the end-to-end attendee journey strategy design and execution across all touch points: online live streams, main sessions, breakouts, expo, workshops, 1:1 consultations, and networking activations. • Support the event operations including venue selection and management, onsite traffic flow and merchandising, logistics, security, and third-party vendor management. • Support the ticket sales, RSVP management, and attendee promotion across online and offline channels, ensuring registration conversion and engagement. • Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams including business, product, internal marketing, and external vendors to ensure seamless event delivery. • Contribute to the project management for supplemental event programs within Seller Conference, including ad-hoc initiatives and new program that enhance attendee value. • Track the post-event performance metrics, gather attendee feedback, and provide actionable insights to continuously improve future events.

- Event Planning: Lead the overall design of offline seminars and conferences, including theme development, agenda planning, format innovation, and process design. - Project Execution: Manage the full event lifecycle — venue sourcing and booking, vendor coordination (hotels, AV, production, printing, etc.), guest and user invitations and reception, as well as on-site staff management — ensuring smooth and professional event delivery. - Budget Management: Develop detailed event budgets with rigorous cost control, consistently optimizing ROI. - Performance Review: Conduct post-event analysis, gather feedback, assess ROI, and prepare comprehensive event summary reports to guide future improvements. - Cross-functional Collaboration: Work closely with internal teams (such as Product, Content, and Training) to ensure event objectives align with overall company strategy.
