工作职责
主要职责: 1. 头部 / 手柄跟踪算法的设计、迭代与上线,对精度、延迟、抖动、鲁棒性等核心指标负责; 2. 视觉 + 惯性多传感器融合算法的稳定性优化与异常恢复; 3. 相机、IMU、磁力计的标定与在线监测,建立传感器异常检测与上报机制; 4. AI 检测/姿态模型在端侧 NPU/DSP 上的加载、推理、量化与性能优化; 5. 跟进线上问题:日志分析、数据回灌复现、修复并补回归用例,对量产质量负责; 6. 与相机、显示、渲染、系统等团队协作完成端到端调优。
