任职要求 1. 计算机相关专业本科及以上学历，3年以上桌面客户端或系统级软件开发经验，精通 C++/Rust/C# 中至少一门语言，熟悉 TypeScript/Node.js 者优先。 2. 有 Computer Use / RPA / 自动化测试框架开发经验者优先，深入理解 Windows UI Automation、macOS Accessibility、Linux AT-SPI 或浏览器 DevTools Protocol (CDP) 等底层协议。 3. 熟悉操作系统内核与运行时机制，在进程间通信(IPC)、沙箱隔离、动态链接库加载、系统Hook、权限管控等方面有实战经验；有 Linux/信创/鸿蒙 PC 适配经验者优先。 4. 对 AI Agent 技术栈有热情，了解 LLM 工具调用(Function Calling)、MCP、ReAct 等范式，有将大模型能力落地到端侧工程项目的实际案例。 5. 具备优秀的跨平台架构设计能力，熟悉 Electron/Tauri/Qt/.NET MAUI 等至少一种跨端框架，理解其渲染原理与原生桥接机制，能针对性地进行性能调优。 6. 有 QoderWork 相关项目维护经验，或长期维护过大型开源/内部基础库，具备良好的代码品味、文档习惯和技术债务治理能力。 7. 具备极强的…
