任职要求
本科及以上学历，符合如下一条或者多条要求 1. 熟悉SLT开发及产线环境适配； 2. 熟悉C/C++编程，Bash/Python等脚本类语言编程； 3. 熟悉BIOS/UEFI, Linux, u-Boot框架及底软驱动开发，虚拟化底层支持； 4. 熟悉DFT、ATE、失效分析常用手段和失效模型； 5. 熟练使用Trace32，示波器，万用表，逻辑分析仪，精密电源，自动测试仪器等设备； 6. 熟悉Windows和Linux常用操作，版本管理工具git等，Excel/Word等办公软件； 7. 对计算机体系结构有深入的理解，对CPU，Interconnect，PCIe，DDR都有一定的了解； 8. 学习能力非常强，能够根据复杂问题快速学习，理解，并条理组织； 9. 加分：有Bringup、原型验证、量产问题分析、性能调优、虚拟化、安全领域相关经验； 10. 加分：有DFD和RAS、PCIe、DDR、PHY相关领域经验； 11. 加分：熟悉嵌入式领域，服务器领域，ARM架构； 12. 加分：DevOps开发者，自动化测试开发者，随机测试工具开发者；
工作职责
负责以下一个或者多个领域 1. 开发、维护、完善、改进SLT测试集，确保量产项目DPPM达到目标； 2. 开发、维护SLT自动化测试环境及其配套自动化脚本，支撑SLT测试工厂量产需求； 3. 分析SLT失效芯片、RMA失效芯片，推动量产测试左移，提升量产良率； 4. 对下一代CPU SoC产品提出改进建议，不断循环迭代打磨SLT环节，达到高质量量产测试要求； 5. 对失效芯片进行数据管理、分析、处理，得到有效的报告及结论；
