任职要求 1. 本科及以上学历，计算机科学、人工智能、机器学习、模式识别、数学等相关专业优先；具备扎实的机器学习、深度学习和大模型基础。 2. 对以下一个或多个方向有完整研究经历或工业界落地经验：多模态大模型、OCR与文档解析、文档理解与信息抽取、长上下文推理、Agent、文档生成、Verifier/Reward Model、大模型训练与对齐；有3年以上相关工作经验者优先。 3. 熟悉主流大模型训练和harness框架及大模型训练技术，具备数据构建、模型训练、评测分析、推理优化和服务落地的端到端实践能力；能够针对复杂版面、长尾数据和超长文档等问题设计系统性解决方案。 4. 具备独立思考和系统性研究…
