工作职责
1.负责搜索推荐系统后端研发工作，推动技术架构的升级与迭代； 2.能够深入理解产品和业务，迭代优化系统，支持业务快速发展； 3.结合业务需求设计高可用、易扩展的实现方案，并参与核心代码开发； 4.为算法迭代提供工程架构能力支持。
