任职要求
1.计算机相关专业，3年以上数仓开发实施经验，能够根据业务设计数据仓库模型，具备财务方面数仓经验优先 ； 2.精通sql开发，有较丰富的Hive sql性能调优经验，能进行udf开发和熟悉python者优先 ； 3.具备大数据处理技术的经验，熟悉Hadoop、Spark等大数据处理框架，了解常用的数据建模方法 ； 4.良好的沟通和协作能力，能够与不同团队成员有效合作。学习能力强，拥有优秀的逻辑思维能力、良好的理解和表达能力。 符合京东价值观：客户为先、创新、拼搏、担当、感恩、诚信。
工作职责
1.负责家电和3C场景以旧换新业务数字化能力建设，识别并规避潜在的风险，通过数据发现业务增长机会； 2.建设场景化的数据资产，从用户、订单、商品、商家、支付主题域建设核销场景的数据资产； 3.面向各城市核销场景建设自动化规则校验和数据监控，建设全链路自动化能力； 4.协同核销、系统产研、业务推进数据传输和核销回款率的提升。
