任职要求
1. 对Siebel CRM或Salesforce CRM的体系架构、技术架构、数据模型和业务模型熟悉，有过维护二开经验优先； 2. 对信创适配有开发和接入经验，对金仓数据库、GuassDB、TuarusDB、达梦数据库等国产数据库和中间件有使用经验优先； 3. 对技术有较强的钻研及学习精神，具备较强技术架构能力，对常用中间件有深入了解 4. 精通Java语言，精通设计模式，熟悉JVM，具备良好的编程习惯； 5. 精通SpringBoot技术栈； 6. 熟悉MySQL、SQLServer等关系型数据库，及MongoDB等非关系型数据库； 7.熟悉Redis、Kafka、RabbitMQ等中间件； 8.具备Linux、Windows等操作系统知识。 符合京东价值观：客户为先、创新、拼搏、担当、感恩、诚信。
工作职责
1. 精通元数据架构思想，具有良好的产品思维和业务抽象能力，具备搭建高度抽象、灵活、可拓展的系统架构能力； 2. 参与CRM系统架构设计、开发规范制定、技术文档编写等； 3. 对CRM系统持续优化和升级，提高系统运行性能、稳定性、可用性和扩展性； 4. 参与团队技术架构工作，减少技术重复建设，通过组建化，服务化，平台化的建设，降低系统间依赖，提升系统稳定性，可扩展性，提升开发效率。
