工作职责
1.聚焦大语言模型（LLM）应用，包括但不限于大模型在电商对话式导购、数字人、大模型外呼、AI-Agent、财富基金推荐、营销文案生成等领域的核心技术攻坚，持续提升大模型的应用效果，保持技术在行业的竞争力； 2.持续跟进和探索大语言模型、多模态AIGC等AI技术的未来发展和应用趋势，和业界保持紧密的交流。
-研究自然语言处理、机器学习等方向的前沿技术问题，方向包括但不限于NLP大模型、对话、翻译、问答、生成、信息抽取、强化学习等方向 -解决业务中的自然语言处理、机器学习等通用性技术问题 -通过对数据的敏锐洞察,深入挖掘产品潜在价值和需求,通过技术创新推动产品成长

1、负责AIOps领域算法和解决方案设计实现，包括时序分析、日志挖掘、故障预测、根因关联推断和智能决策等； 2、探索LLM x AIOps的落地应用，包括但不限于异常检测、根因定位、止损容灾等场景； 3、持续跟进LLM前沿技术、开源方案及其在AIOps领域的应用。
