工作描述
任职要求 1. 基础要求：具备扎实的机器学习和深度学习基础，熟悉常见算法，包括但不限于 GBDT/XGBoost/LightGBM、DNN、Transformer、序列模型、图模型、异常检测、聚类、半监督/自监督学习 等。 2. 大模型能力要求 1）熟悉主流大语言模型和开源生态，如 Qwen、Llama、GLM 等，了解大模型训练、微调、推理和评测流程。 2）熟悉 SFT、PEFT、LoRA、RLHF、Prompt Engineering、RAG、Agent、模型蒸馏、向量检索、知识增强 等技术，有实际项目落地经验优先。 3）了解大模型安全风险，包括 幻觉、越狱攻击、提示注入、隐私泄露、内容安全、数据安全、模…
