1. 负责企业级泛知识与服务型AI智能体(Agent)的核心模型训练与效果优化。 2. 突破并研发智能体在多轮复杂交互对话理解、长期记忆、任务规划与精准工具调用方面的核心能力。 3. 探索并主导大语言模型在HR(人力资源)、IT支持、行政等复杂企业内部服务场景的高效工程化落地。 4. 独立构建并完善智能体的自动化评测基准与体系,通过数据飞轮持续优化模型响应准确率与终端用户体验。
