任职要求
1、5年及以上港澳酒店行业经验，有旅行社采购，互联网行业BD， 或者包房商等相关行业的经验。
2、熟悉酒店行业，擅长沟通并快速找到合作方业务痛点，并制定有效的解决方案拿到结果。
3、有快速的学习能力，数据分析，团队合作和跨部门协作。
4、粤语或者英语流利，能做为日常工作语言。

负责港澳直签品牌酒店的业务拓展，负责新签及平台存量酒店业务深度合作： 1、拓展合作：挖掘港澳地区品牌酒店的业务合作，进行商务谈判并达成合作协议，达成新签合作及平台优势权益价库，推动平台与商户的互利共赢。 2、运营优化：制定商家策略与商品策略，通过直播、大促等活动协同内部部门提升销量，并持续优化合作模式。 3、直播套餐：对内通过运营，直播，大促等方式通过协同合作部门的合作共同落地拿到酒店销量提升的业务结果。 4、市场洞察：熟悉港澳市场趋势，匹配商务合作方案，确保业务目标达成。 5、用户服务：跟进商户及用户问题，维护平台与商户的长期合作关系。 Role & Responsibilities including but not limited to: Acquire and develop partnerships with relevant high potential hotels/hotel groups. Progressively expand the footprint and scope of these collaborations overtime. Initiate, drive and coordinate partner strategy and execution on Fliggy. Deliver upon KPIs set and agreed internally, ensure operational goals are achieved as well as product/price competitiveness. Participate in regular meetings with hotel groups to coordinate on strategic planning and objectives, and to review market performance. Secure exclusive deals for strategic promotional activities. Drive continuous feedback to improve market fit and product localization.

1）负责飞猪用户端产品和中后台相关业务的多端页面开发、上线、维护工作。 2）参与前端技术架构设计，承担核心模块的代码编写。 3）保障业务性能与稳定性，分析各类数据，识别并解决瓶颈问题。 4）在理解产品业务的基础上，打造提升产品体验或研发效能的技术工具、产品、平台。 5）关注并实践前端前沿技术，通过新技术反哺团队与业务。 6）能使用Ai辅助编码，有AI相关项目经验优先。
1、基于飞猪酒店业务，进行高星酒店业务拓展，保证所辖区域高星酒店覆盖率； 2、结合阿里生态&市场特性为高星酒店客户提供运营方案，帮助商家提升运营能力并驱动销量持续提升，与所辖区域商家并建立深度业务合作关系； 3、协同产品、运营团队，推动业务及项目落地，持续优化用户体验。
1. 运用互联网思维熟悉并了解单体高星酒店运营体系； 2. 根据确定的运营策略及招商方案进行业务数据及过程数据的监控产出； 3. 双11非标套餐商品与竞对的价格竞争力监控； 4. 双11相关资源位的校验，盘点及产出交易等数据监控产出。
