1. 为阿里云国际业务拓展提供法律支持，带领国际法务团队确保合规性并主导合规项目。 2. 针对新业务模式、战略规划、运营及市场活动，向业务团队提供法律建议。 3. 参与谈判，起草并审核重大项目合同及商业协议。 4. 研究当地法律法规，管理外部法律顾问资源。

Advise on legal aspects of Alibaba Cloud’s international expansion, key focus is on ensuring compliance and leading compliance projects as well as commercial contract and negotiation support for APAC region. 2. Provide advice to business teams on legal aspects of new business models and strategies, business operations and marketing activities. 3. Negotiate, draft and review contracts and commercial agreements. 4.
