任职要求
1、3年及以上java开发经验，基础扎实，理解io、多线程、集合等基础框架。对JVM原理有一定的了解，熟悉Spring、ibatis等开源框架，拥抱开源，喜欢阅读开源源码； 2、具备优秀的架构设计能力； 3、熟悉分布式系统的设计和应用，熟悉分布式、缓存、消息等机制；对分布式常用技术进行合理应用，解决实际问题； 4、掌握多线程编程及高性能系统设计及性能调优，有高并发应用开发经验； 5、掌握Linux 操作系统和大型数据库（Oracle、MySql），对sql优化有丰富的经验； 6、学习能力强，适应能力好，有强烈的责任心，具备耐心、细心的品质；
工作职责
1、负责智能互联事业部商业化和运营平台产品研发和功能迭代，包括会员、内容、应用、AI能力等商业化产品升级和能力建设等； 2、完成商业化平台基础功能和产品升级迭代对应系统模块的技术方案设计和开发实现； 3、进行服务端对应系统模块优化和链路稳定性保障工作；
