任职要求 ● 计算机、人工智能、生物医学工程、信号处理、自动化、运动科学等相关专业，硕士及以上（负责人岗位需 5 年以上算法研发经验）。 ● 扎实的机器学习/深度学习基础，具备信号处理、时序数据建模或模式识别的实战经验。 ● 熟悉 PPG/ECG/IMU 等传感器数据处理与融合，有心率、睡眠、运动状态、健康趋势等健康指标建模经验。 ● 深入理解 LLM 应用范式，具备 Prompt 工程、RAG、Function Calling / Tool Learning、记忆机制、多轮对话等Agent相关经验。 ● 了解大模型后训练与对齐技术（SFT / RLHF / DPO / RL 等），有数据体系建设或模型效果优化的实操经验；熟悉 PyTorch 及主流训练框架（如 Transformers / DeepSpeed / Megatron 等）。 …
