工作描述
任职要求 1.教育背景：计算机、人工智能、数学等相关专业硕士/博士在读，保证每周可全职实习 4 天及以上，实习期不少于 6 个月。 2.算法功底：具备扎实的深度学习与强化学习理论功底，熟悉 PPO、DPO、GRPO 等主流对齐算法，有相关项目实战经验者优先。 3.工程能力：精通 Python 编程，熟练掌握 PyTorch 等主流深度学习框架；了解或熟练使用 Megatron-LM、DeepSpeed 等分布式训练框架及微调工具链。 4.学术素养：具备优秀的英文文献调研与复现能力，能够快速追踪并验证前沿论文在业务场景中的有效性。985/211优先。 【加分项（满足…
