工作职责
1. 负责公司核心社交APP的Java后端系统架构设计、技术攻关与研发落地，主导高并发、分布式系统核心技术难点的突破； 2. 全面负责线上系统稳定性建设，主导复杂问题排查、系统性能调优与容量规划，保障服务高可用与数据可靠性； 3. 参与全局技术选型与架构演进，主导设计高可用架构方案、多级缓存策略与分布式服务治理体系； 4. 构建并持续优化后端运维体系，完善监控、告警、灾备与自动化运维流程，确保线上系统长期稳定运行； 5. 负责后端技术团队管理与研发效能提升，制定并推行代码规范与全链路压测流程。
