任职要求 - 2027 年毕业的全日制本科及以上学历在校生，计算机科学与技术、软件工程、网络工程、信息安全等相关专业优先； - 计算机基础扎实，掌握数据结构、操作系统、计算机网络、数据库等基础知识； - 熟悉软件测试理论、测试流程和常见测试方法，了解功能测试、接口测试、性能测试、兼容性测试等基本概念； - 熟悉至少一门编程语言，具备基本编码能力；熟悉 Python、Golang、Java 中任一语言者优先； - 了解常见测试工具或框架，如 Pytest、JUnit、Selenium、Postman、JMeter、Appium 等； - 熟悉 Git、Linux 基础命令及常见开发调试工具，具备基本的问题定位和分析能力； - 对 AI Coding / AI Testing 工具保持开放态度，愿意使用 Cursor、…
