工作职责
1、 负责知乎搜索场景功能设计、模型策略和用户体验策略等产品设计,推动项目顺利落地和执行; 2、 洞察用户需求,通过产品展现形态的创新和优化,提升用户体验; 3、熟悉AI产品,能够结合AI能力升级和优化用户体验,提升效率; 4、横向联动各业务部门,从生态和用户视角进行流量调控,协作推进项目。

Responsible for the overall planning and design of Miravia search products, improving user search experience and effects, and promoting business growth. 2. Analyze user usage scenarios and behavior data, explore user needs, iterate search products, optimize search algorithms, and improve search conversion rates. 3. Work closely with the technical team to promote the innovation and implementation of search technology (especially AI), and ensure the stability and response speed of the system. 4. Pay attention to industry trends, study competitors, and formulate and implement differentiation strategies for search products.
1、负责电商搜索相关性模块,通过多种指标评估各国家语种相关性水平,为用户提供良好的搜索体验,直接对业务指标负责; 2、协同算法工程团队,发现定位相关性问题,制定解决方案并成功推动落地取得提升效果;深度理解算法和策略原理,解决方案包含模型优化和商品排序等策略; 3、与标注项目团队、市场团队紧密合作,推动相关性评估和样本标注事项,统筹整体进度;
