任职要求
1.计算机相关专业本科及以上学历，具备2年及以上后台开发经验； 2.熟悉Linux开发环境，精通C++开发，熟练掌握数据结构和算法，并至少熟练掌握一门脚本语言（如Shell/Python等）； 3.在推荐/搜索/广告系统服务架构方面有相关工作背景者优先； 4.对存储组件、大数据处理组件等上下游环节有了解者优先。 加分项 1.有大规模数据处理和实时推荐系统开发经验； 2.熟悉机器学习或深度学习算法在实际业务中的应用； 3.具备良好的团队协作能力和问题解决能力。
工作职责
1.负责微信视频号推荐后台开发的需求实现，包括模型和策略的接入，重点关注视频号入口的直播推荐； 2.针对直播业务的特性，优化推荐链路，使得各链路能够支持更大规模的候选； 3.参与特征处理和接入工作，持续优化特征更新及在线服务链路。
