任职要求
1.精通 Kubernetes 的核心原理和工作机制，熟悉 Kubernetes 集群监控管理，有大规模生产环境下的实践经验； 2.熟练掌握 Go、Python等至少一种编程语言，具备丰富的 Operator 开发经验，能够独立完成 CRD 和控制器的设计与实现； 3.熟练掌握至少一种主流分布式计算框架（如 Spark、Flink、PyTorch、MPI 等），掌握其在 Kubernetes 上的部署维护； 4.有GPU资源环境运维&使用经验优先； 5.有大规模任务调度系统开发维护经验优先。
工作职责
1.负责Kubernetes 集群的管理和优化，保障高可用，提升集群性能； 2.支持业务相关的任务与资源调度需求，开发并维护相关后台管理工具； 3.跟踪云原生领域的最新技术动态，推动技术在团队内的落地和应用。
