任职要求
1.具有扎实的基础知识、系统功底和编程能力，熟练掌握至少一门面向对象编程语言(Java/Python/C++/GO)，熟悉常见数据结构和设计模式； 2.熟悉Hadoop/Spark/Flink等分布式计算框架，有大型分布式系统的设计、开发及运维的实战经验； 3.熟悉主流AI框架LLaMA-Factory、DIfy、TensorFlow、PyTorch等一种或者多种； 4.熟悉并参与过AI系统平台的设计，研发和优化的候选人优先，包括但不限于AI训练平台，推理平台，框架调优、Agent等； 5.有较强的学习能力、复杂问题归纳梳理能力、团队合作能力和沟通协调能力，对解决具有挑战性的问题充满激情。 加分项 1.有大模型训练，调优，调试经验； 2.有比较扎实的云端或端测AI系统开发/部署经验； 3.在Apache开源项目有Commiter经历或国际专利持有者。
工作职责
1.负责大数据+AI一体化框架和运行平台的设计、开发与技术演进，支撑公有云上的Data+AI一体化场景； 2.解决高可用性、数据一致性等技术难题，主导性能优化与稳定性提升； 3.制定研发规范（代码管理、部署运维等），主导技术方案评审与架构治理。
